When you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, we process only the information you actively provide:

  • Selected course or interest in a free level consultation
  • Preferred language for our reply (Czech, Uzbek, Russian, or English)
  • The content of your message or enquiry

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free level consultation, and send you information regarding course format, schedule, and price. Processing is based on your consent given when submitting the form and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a potential learning agreement.

4. Processing — Email and Secure Website Administration

When you submit the form, your enquiry is stored in the secure administration area of this website and sent as an email message to our inbox at info@cjipraha.com. Stored enquiries are visible only to authorised CJIP staff; we keep them so that no enquiry is lost, for example if an email does not arrive. Our hosting and email service providers operate the website and email for us as data processors. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention Period

Enquiries stored in the website administration are deleted automatically no later than 12 months after we receive them. We retain the email message containing your contact details only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, and for at most 12 months from our last contact unless a further legal relationship is established.

6. No Cookies or Third-Party Analytics

This website uses no cookies, does not track visitors, and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. All fonts and icons are self-hosted on our server. Only your choice to dismiss the language suggestion banner is stored locally in your browser (localStorage).
